PageNapper operates entirely locally on your device. When you scrape a webpage, the data is processed within your browser and saved directly to your computer's hard drive. No content is sent to our servers.

3. License Keys

If you purchase a Pro license, your license key is validated against our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). This process involves sending your license key and a unique device identifier to verify your subscription status. No browsing history or scraped content is transmitted during this process.

4. Permissions

The extension requires the following permissions to function:

• activeTab: To access the content of the page you are currently viewing for scraping.
• downloads: To save the scraped files to your computer.
• storage: To save your preferences and license key locally.
